Acquisition criteria

Below are the characteristics of the company we are looking to acquire. If your business fullfill most of these criteria, we would love to hear about it:  

  • Business to business services, preferably in a niche, fragmented, and growing market
     

  • High amount of recurring revenue, from a diversified customer base
     

  • EBITDA between $500k - $3M
     

  • Profitable for +3 years
     

  • Located in the Pacific Northwest

Note that these are guidelines, and that we might be interested in companies that only fulfill some of the criteria. That said, we are not looking to acquire companies in retail, restaurants or industries that are very cyclical.
